This is the first summer I’m letting both of my kids stay home alone all day while I’m at work and I’m pretty much terrified. I know they’re good kids but I’m just worried one of them will get mischievous or something will happen that they don’t know how to deal with. The boys are great one on one, but when they get together they’re a whole different animal! I had a securityCHOICE.comalarm installed to help keep them safe while they’re in the house and I’ve asked one of my stay at home mom neighbors to come over once a day and check on them, at least for the first couple of weeks. They know to call me if they have any issues at all and don’t tell them, but I had a Nanny Cam installed in the den so I know if they’re getting into something they shouldn’t be. I’m probably an overprotective mom but I think it’s my responsibility to make sure my boys are safe and if that means this, then so be it!
